For a vase Made to order, production takes 2–5 working days before dispatch. Carrier delivery time is additional.

If it is in stock, already printed and without additional treatments, we dispatch the same working day for orders received before 1 pm Italian time. The availability and any notices shown on the product page and at checkout apply.

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €55, including Italian islands. For other orders, the applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout after you enter your address and choose a delivery method.

Yes, by prior arrangement. Contact us before choosing “Collection at a fair/market”: it is free when arranged in advance. See our upcoming markets to find out where to meet us. Home delivery by Vasetto3D must be arranged before ordering: €8 up to and including €55, free above €55 after discounts.

Sign in to My account to view your orders. If you need an update, email staff@vasetto3d.it and include your order number.

Choose from the options available at checkout. Online payment is handled by SumUp. If you have any questions before completing your purchase, contact us.

We use PLA, a bio-based bioplastic, shaped through 3D printing. The fine print lines are part of each vase’s personality. Find out more on our page Materials and care.

For water and fresh flowers, select the waterproofing treatment, +€10 per vase. Without treatment, the vase is intended for dried flowers and decorative use. The treatment requires at least 24 additional hours before dispatch, even for vases already in stock.

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers, very hot water and heat sources; choose an indoor position away from prolonged direct sunlight. Find all our advice in Materials and care.

Of course. Tell us which design you like and where you would like to put it: we will help you choose from the available sizes and colours. You can also explore its shape using the 3D preview on the product page.

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return under the applicable terms of sale. Email staff@vasetto3d.it with your order number. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping costs. We will explain how to proceed.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; if possible, attach photos of the vase and packaging. Keep the packaging while we find a solution together. Change-of-mind return costs are separate from the handling of a defective or incorrect product.
