1. Seller information

2. Products, variations and use
Our decorative vases are 3D printed in PLA, a bio-based bioplastic. Before buying, check the design, size, colour, availability and options on the product page. Images are illustrative: colours may vary by screen and 3D printing may produce minor finish differences without affecting the stated characteristics.
Untreated vases are not guaranteed to hold water. Where available, you can select PLA waterproofing with dichtol AM Hydro for an additional €10 per vase and 24 additional hours of preparation. Follow the guidance on our page Materials and care; avoid heat sources and uses other than the stated decorative purpose.
3. Prices, orders and payment
I prezzi sono espressi in euro e comprendono le imposte applicabili. Gli eventuali supplementi e le spese di spedizione sono mostrati nel carrello e nel riepilogo prima dell’invio dell’ordine. Puoi controllare e correggere prodotti, quantità e dati prima di confermare. L’invio dell’ordine mediante il pulsante finale comporta l’obbligo di pagamento; riceverai il riepilogo all’indirizzo email indicato. Conserva questa email e una copia delle condizioni applicabili al tuo acquisto.
Online payments are handled by SumUp, using the methods available at checkout. Promotional codes are subject to the validity period and conditions of the relevant promotion. If you have an order problem, contact us with the order number.
4. Availability and preparation times
Made-to-order products: vengono stampati dopo l’ordine. La preparazione richiede 2 to 5 working days before dispatch, plus 24 hours if waterproofing is selected.
The availability of the selected variation applies. Already printed, in-stock items are dispatched the same working day for orders received before 1 pm Italian time, unless options require further preparation. The label “Made to order” means an item is not ready in stock and will be made to order in 2–5 working days before dispatch.
Carrier transit time is additional to preparation time. This is therefore not a promise of delivery in 2–5 days. We will inform customers of delays or obstacles; statutory rights in the event of non-delivery remain unaffected.
5. Shipping and agreed hand delivery
For Italian addresses served at checkout, including the islands, standard shipping costs €8 for orders up to and including €55 and is free for orders over €55. The threshold refers to the product value after discounts, excluding shipping. The final total is always visible before payment.
Tempi di trasporto BRT: 2 giorni lavorativi, oppure 3 giorni lavorativi per le isole, dalla consegna del pacco al corriere. Questi tempi si aggiungono ai tempi di preparazione indicati sopra.
Collection at a fair/market: always free, by prior arrangement. Contact us before selecting collection to agree on the location, date and availability. Home delivery by Vasetto3D is available only by prior arrangement regarding area, date and time: €8 for goods totals up to and including €55, free above €55 after discounts. It is not available throughout Italy. For events, see Markets and events.
Verifica che l’indirizzo e i recapiti siano corretti. Se il pacco arriva danneggiato o il prodotto presenta problemi, contattaci tempestivamente, possibilmente allegando fotografie: la mancata fotografia o riserva al corriere non esclude i diritti di legge.
6. Change of mind and returns within 15 days
For consumer purchases, we allow 15 days from receiving the product to notify withdrawal, without giving a reason: one day more than the usual statutory 14 days. Choosing a catalogue size or colour and production to order do not, on their own, exclude this right.
Write to staff@vasetto3d.it indicando la volontà di recedere, il tuo nome, il numero d’ordine e i prodotti interessati. Puoi usare anche una qualsiasi dichiarazione esplicita o il modello riportato sotto. Non occorre attendere un’autorizzazione per esercitare il diritto.
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us to Mangoo3D di Loris Corno, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 6, 20082 Binasco (MI), Italy. You pay the direct return shipping costs for a change of mind; these depend on your chosen carrier and are not necessarily the same as the original €8 shipping cost. Use suitable protective packaging.
Puoi esaminare il prodotto come faresti in un negozio. Sei responsabile solo dell’eventuale diminuzione di valore dovuta a manipolazioni ulteriori rispetto a quelle necessarie a verificarne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento. Anche i prodotti acquistati in promozione conservano il diritto di recesso.
Cambi: offriamo anche il servizio di cambio del prodotto, da richiedere entro 15 giorni dalla ricezione scrivendo a staff@vasetto3d.it e indicando il numero d’ordine e il prodotto che desideri cambiare.
7. Refunds
In caso di recesso dall’intero ordine rimborsiamo gli importi pagati, comprese le spese della consegna standard, entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione. Possiamo sospendere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni o della prova di restituzione, se precedente. Il rimborso avviene con lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato per l’acquisto, salvo diverso accordo espresso e senza costi aggiuntivi. Non sono rimborsabili eventuali maggiorazioni per una consegna diversa da quella standard più economica offerta.
8. Defective products and statutory warranty
Goods sold to consumers are covered by the 2-year statutory conformity warranty from delivery. Se il prodotto è difettoso o non conforme, contatta staff@vasetto3d.it indicando l’ordine e il problema. Hai diritto ai rimedi previsti dal Codice del consumo, a partire dalla riparazione o sostituzione senza spese e, nei casi previsti, dalla riduzione del prezzo o risoluzione del contratto. Le spese necessarie per rimediare a un difetto di conformità non sono a carico del consumatore.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from the warranty: the 15-day period does not limit rights relating to defective products.

10. Support, applicable law and privacy
For support and complaints, email staff@vasetto3d.it or visit Customer support. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Consumer disputes fall under the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile where provided by law. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
