Data and purposes
- Purchases and accounts: we process names, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, ordered products, correspondence and payment status to manage orders, deliveries, accounts, support and returns. The legal basis is performance of the contract or requested pre-contractual measures.
- Contact and quotes: we use contact details and message content to answer enquiries. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
- Administrative obligations: data needed for accounting, tax compliance and authority requests are processed to fulfil legal obligations.
- Security: technical data, IP addresses and access logs may be used to protect the site, prevent abuse and defend our rights, based on our legitimate interest in security and legal defence.
- Statistics and marketing: The site integrates Google Analytics, Automattic/Jetpack statistics and TikTok and Pinterest marketing tools. These services may process online identifiers, device information, pages visited and interactions to measure site use and campaign effectiveness. Optional purposes rely on consent. You can accept, reject or change your preferences through the banner and “Manage consent” control. The site also uses Google Fonts. See the Cookie policy for details and preferences.
Providing data
Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request or purchase. Without them, we may be unable to provide the requested service. Optional consent choices do not affect your ability to purchase.
Recipients
To the extent necessary, data may be processed by hosting and IT support providers, email services, administrative advisers, payment providers, logistics services and carriers. The shop uses WooCommerce, SumUp for payments and Packlink for shipping. Each provider’s role depends on the service and processing: payment providers and others that independently determine purposes and means operate under their own privacy notices. You can ask the controller for information about recipients of your data.

Retention
Data are retained according to the request, the duration of the relationship and statutory periods for administrative duties or defence of rights. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technology providers also operate outside the EEA. Transfers must rely on GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or appropriate guarantees. You can ask the controller about recipients and safeguards applicable to your data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability.
